Thematic scope of the conference:
- research in the field of meteorology and applied climatology;
- ecology, environmental protection, and issues related to pollution and air protection;
- ecological and economic effects of contemporary climate change and adaptation strategies;
- issues related to drought, precipitation shortages, and fire hazards;
- biometeorology, climatic aspects of tourism;
- climate and microclimate of protected areas;
- use of GIS and remote sensing in climatological research;
- meteorological alternative energy sources;
- latest achievements and personal scientific interests of conference participants
Conference participants:
We are pleased to welcome employees of universities and research institutes from Poland and abroad, students and doctoral students, as well as representatives of manufacturers and distributors of measuring equipment and software in the field of meteorology, environmental monitoring, and air protection.
Conference fee:
The approximate cost of participation will be PLN 700, and PLN 300 for doctoral students and students. The cost will include conference materials, full board, and a field session. Participants will have the opportunity to publish a post-conference paper, provided that they receive positive reviews and cover the publication costs themselves.
